EDTC 2026 ANNUAL MEETING
As announced during the EDTC 2025 Meeting in Portsmouth, the 2026 Annual Meeting will be held in Hamburg, Germany, from 12–14 November 2026.
The meeting will take place in Room Neuland at Seminarräume Holzhafen, located at:

Travel Information
Hamburg is easily accessible by air, rail, and road.
By Air: Hamburg Airport (HAM) offers numerous direct international and domestic flights. From the airport, take the S-Bahn (S1) to Hamburg-Altona station (approx. 40 minutes) or Hamburg Central Station (approx. 25 minutes). Taxis and ride-sharing services are also available.
By Train: Hamburg Central Station (Hamburg Hauptbahnhof) and Hamburg-Altona Station are major railway hubs with frequent ICE and regional train connections. From either station, the venue can be reached easily by public transport or taxi.
Venue Location:
Seminarräume Holzhafen; Holzhafen area, near the Elbe River, is well connected by bus and S-Bahn services. Detailed directions will be provided upon registration.
Local Transportation: Hamburg has an efficient public transportation system (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, buses, and ferries), allowing convenient access to the venue from all parts of the city.

Miniatur Wunderland Visit
A group visit to Miniatur Wunderland has been arranged for Saturday, 14 November 2026, at 12:20 PM for up to 30 participants. Should the number of attendees exceed this limit, an additional time slot at 12:30 PM can be reserved.
Admission fees must be paid in advance and amount to EUR 22 per person. Payment can be made via PayPal; the PayPal address will be provided by our host.

We would appreciate it if you could complete the form even if you do not intend to participate in the meeting. This year, the Executive Board positions currently held by Jörn Ryberg (Sweden) and Hélène Szulc (France) are up for election. You are kindly invited to submit nominations for these positions during your registration process. Please ensure that any candidate you nominate has agreed in advance to accept the nomination.

The annual membership fee of €50 is payable for each outstanding year.
